I wanted to capture the frozen bay with the sunlight reflecting off of
it. Also will have my dock shown in the picture. I really loved the way
Hopper caught the broad reflections in all of his paintings especially
his ocean paintings like the one shown above. I will make sure to
emphasize the colors in the background to give it a smoother and less
plain look.
